2019 Region 7 in the City of San Francisco

WELCOME TO 2019 Region 7 Leadership Summit!

2019 Region 7 Leadership Summit is a two-day conference being held this year in San Francisco. This Region 7 event brings together volunteer leaders from 18 chapters located within PMI’s NA Region 7;  Arizona, California, Hawaii, New Mexico and Nevada. These chapter leaders convene for two days filled with learning opportunities on this year’s theme: “Building Relationships to Support Diversity and Inclusion in order to adopt best practices on Finance, Programs, Operations, Sponsorship and much more to ensure successful chapter operations.

We will have keynote speakers presented by industry thought leaders and 18 break-out sessions packed with rich and valuable content presented by chapter volunteer experts. A key objective is to provide a forum for Region 7 chapter leaders, from novice to expert, to advance the skillset of chapter volunteers and maturity of the chapters.

A team of dedicated Region 7 volunteer leaders are deeply committed to providing a high quality conference for the 150+ professionals who are expected to attend.

The summit includes two full days of sessions, lunch, morning and afternoon snacks; optional Wine Tour, Alcatraz Tour and a networking gala reception. Bring your volunteer teams, Directors, VPs, CXOs and the Board members to the event!

Who attends Region 7?

Region 7 Leadership Summit attracts chapter volunteers from our 18 chapters who are interested in learning from the leaders who have excelled and managed to grow their chapter in some way. They gather to listen, learn, discuss and teach best practices that help the chapter, and the individual, succeed in their volunteer area. People who attend have roles in chapter leadership (Board Members, VP, Director and emerging Volunteers).
