WHAT IS NEW FOR COACHING CIRCLES IN 2022?
In addition to the real-world experiential learning opportunities that were introduced in 2021, we will be providing industry specific coaching circles to allow Mentees to showcase their new skills within a group that shares a similar background or career aspiration.
Gain confidence and valuable skills as you participate in a Mentor led experiential learning group. Mentees will have the opportunity to participate in live practice interviews, present to esteemed business leaders and guest panelists or complete the 10 weeks of mentorship 1:1 with an assigned Mentor.
Coaching Circles will be focused around a topic and industry:
Coaching Circles Focuses
- Leadership Development Cohort
- Career Development Cohort
Industry Focuses
- Bio Science
- Construction
- Financial Services (Fin Tech)
- Retail
- Technology
We will do our best to match you to a Circle based on your selection and will do so based on the availability of Mentors and Mentees with similar backgrounds.
We are re-introducing the one-on-one mentoring option!
- For those with niche mentorship needs - 1:1 mentorship option is available to you.
Applications close on May 22nd.
Coaching Circles consist of 1 Mentor to 4 Mentees (max.)
One-on-One mentorship is a 1 Mentor to 1 Mentee relationship
