This month, we are proud to recognize Maz Vaziri, Vice President of Partnerships, for his exceptional leadership and dedication to growing the chapter's partnership program. Maz has volunteered with the chapter for the past two years, bringing over 30 years of experience in legal technology, business development, and strategic partnerships to the role.

Strengthening Relationships, Expanding Reach

Maz has been instrumental in building and nurturing relationships with both existing and prospective partners, creating new opportunities that expand the chapter's reach and drive greater participation in PMI SFBAC events and initiatives. His proactive relationship management and strategic outreach have resulted in increased partner engagement and support across multiple chapter programs.

Leading Cross-Team Collaboration

Through his strategic leadership, Maz established a collaborative partnership program bringing together the Partnerships, Marketing, Professional Development, and AI Builder Forum teams to better support chapter initiatives and events. He created a smoother, more coordinated outreach process between Partnerships and Marketing, and developed professional partnership presentations and outreach materials to enhance sponsor and partner engagement.

Growing the Team, Building for the Future

Beyond his own contributions, Maz expanded the Partnerships team by successfully recruiting and onboarding two new volunteers, increasing the team's capacity to engage with sponsors and partners. He also developed the chapter's partnership strategy and outreach plan to support long-term, sustainable growth.
