Turning a Bold Idea into a Summit

The PM x AI Summit, held on Saturday, September 26, was PMISFBAC's flagship event of 2026, and it sat within the Special Projects portfolio Stephanie sponsors. Working alongside Sneha Gogia, she drove the planning and coordination that carried the Summit from concept to delivery: sequencing the work, keeping the many moving pieces aligned, and making sure the right things were in place at the right time. Attendees experienced a day that felt effortless. That feeling is the product of careful planning, and Stephanie is an exceptional planner.

Preparing the Chapter for the New Membership Model

Stephanie's contribution to the chapter goes well beyond any single event. She has a rare ability to hold the strategic picture and the tactical detail at the same time, and to connect the two. Where others see a goal or a task, she sees the path between them.

Stephanie's current focus is the new membership model launched by PMI Global, which the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter will begin implementing next year. She is leading the effort to understand what the change means for our chapter, what it affects, and what has to be considered now so the transition goes smoothly for our members.

Leading Beyond the Chapter

Professionally, Stephanie is a Lead Program Manager for the Executive Office at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where she manages programs at the center of a large and complex organization. The same steadiness and structure she brings to that work show up in everything she leads at PMISFBAC.

A Long Commitment to This Chapter

Stephanie's service to PMISFBAC spans many years and several roles. She served as President of the Board of Directors in 2022 and continues to serve today as Director at Large. Across each role, the through line has been the same: show up, think ahead, and leave the chapter stronger than she found it.

Thank You, Stephanie

On behalf of the board and the entire chapter, thank you, Stephanie, for sponsoring Special Projects, for the planning and coordination that made the PM x AI Summit 2026 a success alongside Sneha Gogia, and for the strategic thinking you bring to the chapter's goals and its next chapter of membership. Volunteers like you are what make a 100 percent volunteer-run chapter work.
