Kamal Soan is a seasoned leadership practitioner with over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, including executive-level roles. He brings a unique combination of industry expertise, coaching insight, and professional leadership experience to his work.
A 2x Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) and ICF-certified Life and Leadership Coach, Kamal specializes in helping professionals develop clarity, confidence, and purpose in their leadership journey.
Deeply rooted in the project management community, Kamal is a long-time PMI contributor and former PMI Milwaukee Chapter President, with over a decade of engagement through certifications and volunteer leadership.
His approach blends structured frameworks with human-centered coaching, enabling leaders to move beyond theory and drive meaningful, sustained impact.
📌 Event Refund & Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 fee if completed during the early-bird period.
Cancellations after the early-bird period or once the event has started are subject to full charge, to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses.
All refunds will be issued after two credit card billing cycles.

Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
