The intent of the meeting is to promote networking among project management professionals, provide a forum to discuss current topics in the profession, receive suggestions on project challenges, and share or exchange information on items of interest.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with Chapter leaders, members, and volunteers in a relaxed setting, while building professional relationships and sharing experiences. The meeting is open to anyone who is interested.

The venue is near BART Stations Lake Merritt, City Center & 12 St / Oakland, the Okland Ferry Station, or the Okland Transit Station and the AC Transit bus station.
Though the venue has limited parking, there is plenty of street parking in the surrounding area.

This meeting is open to anyone interested, members, non-members, newcomers, and returning attendees.

FREE for all attendees.
Walk-ins are welcome, but please register online in advance to help the Event Host plan and reserve space.

There is no event fee.
Attendees pay only for what they order from the venue (separate checks).

About the PMI San Francisco Bay Area Happy Hour Program
The chapter hosts happy hours on the 1st Tuesday of most months, in a rotation of locations in San Francisco and the East Bay. We also co-host other happy hours with partner organizations.

General Events Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
