Dr. Jacob Engelskirger
Licensed Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Jacob Engelskirger is a licensed clinical psychologist based in Alameda with over 13 years of experience in behavioral science, executive coaching, and workplace wellness. He helps professionals improve performance, self-awareness, and leadership through an approach grounded in empathy, curiosity, and evidence-based psychology.
He founded an onsite behavioral wellness clinic at a Fortune 500 biopharmaceutical company and has worked with professionals across technology, medicine, law, and biotech. Dr. Engelskirger also serves as a forensic evaluator and expert witness in psychological occupational health and co-chaired the American Psychological Association's Society of Consulting Psychology annual conference in 2024 and 2025.
Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, climbing, mountain biking, travel, design, and spending time with his family and rescue dog, Ryder.
