🌳 PMs for Good Virtual Roundtable: Project Management for Social Impact
🌍 Event Description
Project management in mission-driven organizations often looks different than it does in traditional corporate environments. Nonprofits, civic organizations, schools, social enterprises, and volunteer-led teams frequently navigate limited resources, shifting priorities, complex stakeholder relationships, and community-driven work—all while trying to deliver meaningful impact.
Join PMs for Good for an interactive virtual roundtable discussion focused on how project management practices can support social impact work. Together, we’ll explore where traditional PM approaches work well, where adaptation is needed, and how professionals across sectors are managing growth, collaboration, operational complexity, and stakeholder engagement in real-world environments.
This session is designed for project managers, nonprofit professionals, civic workers, educators, consultants, volunteers, and social impact leaders interested in practical discussion, peer learning, and cross-sector connection.
