Advanced Certified ScrumMaster training gives you a practical set of tools, feedback on your communication and facilitation skills, and techniques for guiding and evolving your Agile teams. Attendees will practice a host of advanced personal and group facilitation exercises that will reinvigorate your leadership approach and take your team’s performance to the next level.
Using real-world examples from attendees and coaches, this class applies a unique blend of proven Agile coaching techniques, applied improvisation and other experiential techniques to improve your skills in mentoring, teaching and facilitating while remaining flexible and confident as a leader.

| About the Speaker |
Lonnie Weaver-Johnson
Lonnie has a degree in Communications from the University of Minnesota and began working with Scrum in 2006. She is a collaborative, energetic coach and Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) who excels in facilitation and developing others. Her career spans nearly 25 years in Management, Business Analysis, Training, and Agile Coaching.
She has coached and trained hundreds of teams in large and small organizations — global and local — in a variety of industries. She brings high energy and humor to her engaging, interactive courses, enabling students to learn, practice, and even explore what other students have to say.
Lonnie also has experience as a Toastmaster officer, a public speaker in her community, and a volunteer at local high schools training kids on team development.
General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
