Attendees will practice a host of advanced personal and group facilitation exercises that will reinvigorate your leadership approach and take your team’s performance to the next level.
Using real-world examples from attendees and coaches, this class applies a unique blend of proven Agile coaching techniques, applied improvisation and other experiential techniques to improve your skills in mentoring, teaching and facilitating while remaining flexible and confident as a leader. |

Dr. Steve Martin
Dr. Steve Martin is the go-to instructor for individuals and Fortune 100 companies looking for a true expert in Agile to lead their course learning and transformation efforts. With nearly 30 years of experience, his successful career is capped by a Doctorate in Business Administration, with a focus on organizational culture and agility. His dissertation, “Culture of control and large-scale agile transformation success” was born from his real-world experience transforming resistant Waterfall cultures from the leadership to the team level. Steve believes that any culture can be transformed to become healthier and more productive, and that any business can benefit materially from the application of Agile frameworks.

Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
