EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Learn advanced topics of the project management software, that focuses on advanced features, advanced scheduling, and analyzing projects and resources.

You will create and manage a resourced project, administer user, admin, and global changes, and explore features that display Earned Value histograms and S-Curves.

A completion of "Advanced Primavera P6 Training" certification will be awarded.

Prerequisites:

Experience in a project environment and understanding of how projects are planned and controlled. This includes knowledge of the following subjects:

• Primavera P6 Essential skills,
• Basic project management processes,
• How to plan a project including the development of a Work Breakdown Structure,
• Experience in the use of PCs and an understanding of the operating system.
• You will need a personal laptop (Instructions to download the free trial software will be provided).

He helps organizations and general contractors complete projects on time; and hosts training workshops on MS Project and Primavera P6.
