Oracle Primavera P6 EVENT DESCRIPTION: |
Learn advanced topics of the project management software, that focuses on advanced features, advanced scheduling, and analyzing projects and resources. You will create and manage a resourced project, administer user, admin, and global changes, and explore features that display Earned Value histograms and S-Curves. A completion of "Advanced Primavera P6 Training" certification will be awarded. Course Outline• Adding Resources to the Database• Assigning Resources and Expenses to Activities • Resources Optimization • Updating a Resourced Schedule • Activity Codes and User Defined Fields (UDF) • Global Change • Advanced Scheduling Techniques Prerequisites:Experience in a project environment and understanding of how projects are planned and controlled. This includes knowledge of the following subjects:• Primavera P6 Essential skills,• Basic project management processes, • How to plan a project including the development of a Work Breakdown Structure, • Experience in the use of PCs and an understanding of the operating system. • You will need a personal laptop (Instructions to download the free trial software will be provided).
