By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with the skill set to apply Professional Coaching within an Agile environment with an agnostic framework: applicable for coaching Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or any other Agile-oriented set of practices.

• This three-day, live-online interactive learning experience focuses on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of coaching Agile teams.
• Dive deeper into professional Agile coaching/mentoring and explore new ways of working interactively with teams.
• Additionally, you will gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within your organization.

About the Speaker

Damon Poole

Damon’s passion is fostering learning through play. He’s the brainchild behind several popular Agile games, including User Story Games, Agile Coaching Games, and Heroes of Agility.

While Damon began his career as a programmer, he’s been coaching and training Agile for more than 20 years, working with thousands of people at EMC, Capital One, Oanda, Ford, and Fidelity.

He also created Eliassen’s Agile Transformation approach and the training content across all aspects of Agile, leading an effort to provide coaches with opportunities to advance in their careers.
