Agile Product Development Workshop

Power Skills

Struggling with understanding of how user stories differ from requirements? This workshop equips participants on how best to utilize user stories to plan and deliver work by modeling the product vision and opportunities. Together with your instructor, you’ll practice authoring user stories, prioritizing your product backlog via User Story Mapping to build viable, desirable products for your customers.

Who should attend? Ideally all members of a Scrum team work together in product discovery and development and would benefit from attending. Those who will benefit most are:

  • Product managers, business stakeholders, and product marketing that build valuable products
  • User experience practitioners, and business analysts that build usable and desirable products
  • Senior engineers that build feasible products
  • Project managers, Scrum Masters, and agile coaches that guide successful product discovery and delivery practices
