To be an effective Agile Coach or professional leader is to continuously learn, grow and adapt your skills to effectively guide individuals, teams and organizations to achieve business success. You will learn group facilitation techniques, develop skills to foster collaboration and gain experience enabling self-organizing teams. By the end of the course, you will establish a facilitator toolkit applicable for coaching in any Agile-oriented environment whether you are using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or any other Agile-oriented set of practices. |

| About the Speaker |
Damon Poole
Damon Poole has worked as a software development entrepreneur in the product and Agile Coaching spaces for over 20 years.
He has provided Agile coaching and training for thousands of people at EMC, Capital One, Oanda, Ford, and Fidelity. In addition, he created Eliassen’s Agile Transformation approach and the training content across all aspects of Agile — he led the effort there to provide opportunities for coaches to advance in their coaching journey.
Damon’s Agile Team Facilitator and Coaching Agile Teams courses offer great takeaways for students looking to elevate their leadership approach and expand their career opportunities. His classes help them become great coaches by making coaching a natural extension of who they are.

General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
