In today’s fast-paced business environment, program managers are increasingly tasked with overseeing large-scale transformations and global implementations. Agile methodologies are widely adopted to foster collaboration, flexibility, and speed, and when combined with the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI), they offer new avenues for success.

 

Becoming 'Agile with AI’ is the new norm, not only it covers the foundational Agile practices but also offers a unique hands-on workshop experience to demonstrate how AI strategies are developed and can be integrated into Agile frameworks. Participants will learn about managing global digital transformations with Agile methodology, and then actively engage in a practical session to see firsthand how AI can enhance these processes.

 

The session will highlight how AI strategies can be integrated in any business model including project management and how it can boost communication, improve team collaboration, and drive impactful business outcomes on a global scale. By the end, attendees will not only have a deeper understanding of how to apply AI within Agile practices but also gain practical experience in using these techniques to identify new avenues to make AI our new friend.

Speaker Bio

Anisha is a Program Manager at NVIDIA with 7+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Project Management, Finance Business Processes, and Consulting.

She graduated Summa cum laude and was a Class for her M.S. degree in IT and Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Business Management. She has led multiple transformation projects, both in private and government agencies, and is certified in AI Strategy, PMP, Scrum, ITIL, and Cloud.

 

Anisha is a strong believer in empowering young professionals and students with the knowledge and guidance to become successful in their chosen careers and become impactful leaders. She enjoys helping, and “giving back” is a value that keeps her going. She shares her experiences and learnings freely with others and gets to know their experiences, fostering mutual growth and building a larger family of professionals.

Cancellations after the early bird or event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. All refunds will be issued after two credit card-billing cycles.
