📄 Beyond AI: How Recruiters Actually Read Your Resume

In today’s competitive job market, many resumes rely heavily on AI-generated content, often resulting in applications that look polished but indistinguishable. This session cuts through the noise to explain how resumes are truly reviewed by recruiters and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Led by a certified professional resume writer and former HR professional, this Lunch & Learn helps project professionals understand what works, what does not, and how to strategically use AI without losing authenticity or impact.

🎯 What You Will Learn

  • How recruiters actually review resumes in real hiring scenarios
  • How ATS systems interpret formatting, language, and structure
  • Common resume mistakes driven by overuse of AI tools
  • How to use AI strategically to enhance, not dilute, your personal brand

Participants will leave with actionable insights and practical techniques they can immediately apply to their resumes.
