Build Better Products With Dual Track Agile
Build Better Products With Dual Track Agile
Description: |
Agile assumes we have a ‘prioritized backlog’ to work from in our projects. But how do we get that backlog? And how do we make those prioritization decisions with confidence that we’re focusing on the right things to deliver the expected impact from the project? Join this session with Colleen to learn more about using dual-track agile and product discovery to build strong backlogs for projects. We’ll discuss best practices for bringing design and research teams into the agile process, and ensuring you are moving in the right direction on your projects to generate the desired results, increasing the chances of your project's success! |
