Hyperdrive Agile’s Lean Portfolio Management (ICP-LPM) course will teach you how to address complex challenges like continually changing company priorities, demand exceeding capacity causing too much work-in-process, budgeting problems, and a strategy that is disconnected from execution. This certification designates the ability to visualize, manage, and guide work to deliver value to customers, enable budget sustainability, and respond effectively to a changing business ecosystem.
As an outcome of this course, participants will be eligible for the ICP - BAF certification. |

Tom Perry
Tom Perry’s career as a software development transformation agent spans 20+ years serving clients with a variety of backgrounds – from startups to Fortune 100 and both state and federal government. He has helped organizations find success using Agile and Lean methods through testing, development, management and Agile coaching.
Tom is actively involved in the Agile community in his native Seattle, leading a local chapter of the APLN and founding the Open Agile Management conference. He enjoys speaking and writing on Agile topics in local and international forums and is proud author of The Little Book of Impediments.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
