Course Description |
The objective is to share some of my experiences with coaching teams new to project management. These include a focus on communication, team building, and best practices.
This presentation will help those new to project management better understand some of the key aspects of building a project team, and help those who have been practicing project management for a while look at new ways to work with teams.

Speaker Bio:
Eric Pool, Ed.D., PMP®️, CCMP is a Project Manager at Mayo Clinic with rank of Assistant Professor of Health Care Administration at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine & Science and fellow of the Mayo Clinic Quality Academy. He is also an Instructor at Harvard Extension.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
