About the Speaker:

Susan has led a variety of corporate and government teams through organizational change and technology transformation. She equips subject matter experts with communications and relationship-building skills to become world-class managers. Her change toolbox combines Emotional Intelligence, Lego Serious Play, and knowledge-sharing methods. Prior to moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, Susan served on the PMIWDC Board of Directors. In addition to authoring, Creating a Greater Whole: A Project Manager’s Guide to Becoming a Leader, she is an adjunct instructor at UC Berkeley and UC Santa Cruz, and George Mason University. |

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, please send an email to cfo@pmisfbac.org and will cancel your ticket as early as possible. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $5 fee if done during the early bird period. Cancellations after the event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. |
General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
