Community Gardening with Acta Non Verba
Join us for a Day of Giving Back at Acta Non Verba!
On Saturday, October 25th, we invite you to join us for a volunteer event at Acta Non Verba, a pioneering urban farm in Oakland, CA. This will be our third collaboration with Acta Non Verba, following two successful events in 2022. We are excited to be back supporting their mission and sustainability efforts this fall.
During the event, volunteers will have the opportunity to participate in various activities that support the farm's operations. These may include planting cover crops, garlic, and other tasks that help maintain the farm's ecosystem. Additionally, PMI members will receive an overview of Acta Non Verba's mission and sustainability efforts, providing a deeper understanding of the impact of their work.
By volunteering at Acta Non Verba, you will not only be giving back to the community but also contributing to the growth and development of a sustainable urban farm. We hope you can join us on October 25th for a day of service and learning.
