He is an Angel Investor, Mentor, Coach, Project & Program Management Expert, and Change and Volunteer Leader with a diverse experience of over 20 years in both the public and private sectors.
An internationally recognized keynote speaker, and award-winning technology leader, Saby has led multiple diverse clients in their business transformation through project successes, bolstering communications across various departments, and assisted customers in creating effective solutions to complex problems. Saby is currently working as CIO at Clackamas Community College. He speaks four languages, enjoys working with people, and brings enthusiasm, inspiration & leadership qualities.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, please send an email to eventsmanager1@pmisfbac.org to cancel your ticket as early as possible. All cancellations are subject to a fee. Cancellations after the event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. |
General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
