Most Agile transformations are process-based and, therefore, primarily concerned with doing things right. However, it is better to do the right things wrong than the wrong things right, but if you truly want to be successful (in anything, not just Agile transformation) you must do the right things right. Confused? Spend the day with Larry Apke and you won't be. Using content from the highly successful Agile MBA program, Larry will present on those topics critical to doing the right things right including a re-framing of the Agile philosophy and Scrum framework, the best, easiest and most fun way to determine the right things to do, how to take advantage of flow concepts to deliver optimal value and even the mental aspects that create barriers to executing.
