Most Agile transformations are process-based and, therefore, primarily concerned with doing things right. However, it is better to do the right things wrong than the wrong things right, but if you truly want to be successful (in anything, not just Agile transformation) you must do the right things right. Confused? Spend the day with Larry Apke and you won't be. Using content from the highly successful Agile MBA program, Larry will present on those topics critical to doing the right things right including a re-framing of the Agile philosophy and Scrum framework, the best, easiest and most fun way to determine the right things to do, how to take advantage of flow concepts to deliver optimal value and even the mental aspects that create barriers to executing. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $30.00 fee if done at least during the early bird duration. Cancellations after October 10, 2019 are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. |

Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
