Rick Czaplewski
Rick Czaplewski is a PMP, CPA, and MBA. Rick has trained hundreds of business practitioners including project managers, engineers, estimators, field services staff, site staff, administrators, and senior management across multiple organizations in topics such as customer service, negotiation, mentorship, conflict resolution, process improvement, organizational design, interpersonal dynamics and difficult conversations. His unique position as a 28-year, 2x cancer survivor and professional speaker (NSA – Wisconsin Chapter) make him an equally effective and entertaining trainer for your organization. Refund/Cancelation Policy:
"All cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 fee if done during the early bird period. Cancellations after the early bird or event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. All refunds will be issued after two credit card-billing cycles. General Events Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
