Description

Have your project budgets gone sideways? Are you tired of them taking money out of your wallet? Less than 30% of today's business practitioners have learned negotiation skills.

In this session, you will not only learn but also practice negotiation skills. Set the right environment for successful negotiation, learn CPA-level financial analysis skills, and develop the right negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes. Go into your next negotiation prepared and confident. Set up a partnering environment using the three-step core project management model of communication, organization, and action.

Learn and practice negotiation skills in a variety of difficult project management scenarios.
