Event Description:
|
On her quest to write a novel based in Greece, clean energy executive Alysia Helming witnessed the struggle in the Mediterranean to meet UN Sustainable Development goals. She responded with a solution and new program: The EarthFund is a consortium of nonprofits working towards Net Zero in the Mediterranean by 2030. A key tool in their work is the Earth Index, an AI driven program over layers of wind, solar, and power infrastructure aggregated data. It will assist governments and construction developers to bring energy efficiency and smart building to their projects. Alysia will give us an overview of this visionary program and the possibilities it opens for the rest of the world. |
