Event Description: |
Communication is a crucial element to Project Management. it is equally if not more important than the technical skills. Mastering communication can not only elevate your PM abilities but, it is also applicable in every aspect of life. This interactive workshop is geared towards helping participants: 1. Increase their self-awareness and communication preference through the DISC assessment; 2. Improve their communication by understanding the different communication types; 3. Improve their working relationships by recognizing the communication needs of different team members; and 4. Manage more effectively by understanding the disposition and priorities of others. |

Vegas is the founder and head consultant of a talent consultancy in Hong Kong - Roots & Ripples. She is a Corporate Trainer and Leadership Coach with 10 years of experience in the Talent space. As a Certified Trainer in Points of You, DiSC, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Leadership & Life Coaching (ICF ACC), she has provided training and coaching to professionals across Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Dubai, London, and the United States. She specializes in building effective multi-generational and multicultural teams and workplaces with a focus in enabling teams through times of transition and change. |

Cancellation and No-Show Policy If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, please send an email to ceo@pmisfbac.org and cancel your ticket as early as possible. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $15.00 fee if done at least 3 days before the event. Cancellations after the event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. However, you may assign your seat to another student who can attend for you. All refunds will be issued after two credit card-billing cycles. |
