The course is split into (8) 3-hour evening sessions. This Bootcamp is for Agile Leaders, Managers and Coaches that work at the enterprise level in Agile transformations.
The course provides leaders and coaches with a set of thinking tools and a roadmap for guiding an Agile Transformation in their organizational environments.
Participants will gain an understanding of their own leadership effectiveness, and the impact they have on those they are leading, and gain insight into their own personal breakthrough goals. Participants will also improve their ability to design and implement a successful organizational transformation that delivers breakthrough business, cultural and human results as a Change Leaders. |

| About the Speaker |
Michele Madore
With a passion for people and mentorship, Michele realized early in her career that lack of technical skills was not the reason organizations were facing challenges. Rather, it was the need for personal development of interpersonal, social and emotional capabilities.
She studied executive coaching and critical professional/life competencies which launched her coaching career, and has now spent over 25 years as a consultant to large-scale Agile transformations. Her coaching practice is informed by her own journey to challenge the status-quo and inspire others to find their authentic voice and be instruments of change.
Michele applies the Integral Agile Transformation Framework™️ to help leaders succeed with their organizational agility. She also holds a variety of professional credentials including: Certified Professional Integral Coach (ICCP-2), ICAgile Certified Enterprise Coaching Expert (ICE-EC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and SAFe Agilist (SA).

Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
