🎙️ Expert Speaker Series : Leading Transformation When the Answer Is Not Obvious

Many of the hardest transformation programs do not begin with a clear answer. They begin with an unclear problem, competing stakeholder views, incomplete data, organizational friction, and pressure to move quickly. For project and program managers, the challenge is not simply managing timelines and tasks; it is creating enough structure for teams to align, make decisions, and move forward when the path is still uncertain.

This session will explore how leaders can navigate ambiguity in complex, cross-functional transformation programs. Drawing from real-world experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain, operating model redesign, and enterprise transformation, the session will provide a practical playbook for moving from vague business problems to structured workstreams, decision forums, future-state options, and measurable outcomes.

What makes this perspective different is its focus on the messy middle of transformation: when data is incomplete, stakeholders disagree, ownership is unclear, and the team still needs to make progress. Attendees will learn how to diagnose current-state issues, frame decisions, build alignment, and communicate a clear executive storyline even before every answer is known.
