Description:

A Marine Corps helicopter pilot walks into an AI rollout.
Keegan Evans flew casualty evacuation across three deployments to Iraq, then drove organizational transformation at Intuit. His point: the frameworks that get people to perform under real pressure are the same ones that get them to adopt a tool they're quietly afraid of.
Leading the AI Transition: Why Adoption Is a People Problem, Not a Technology One
Most AI initiatives don't stall on the model. They stall when teams resist tools they think might replace them, and the project leader is stuck between an executive mandate and a workforce that isn't sure it has a future.

Attendees will leave with:
 - How to diagnose AI resistance as a trust problem instead of escalating to "more training"
 - How to align stakeholders on what success means before the project starts
 - How to structure a team that can absorb constant change without burning out
 - When to push adoption, and when to slow down and bring people with you

Speaker Bio:

Keegan Evans is an executive coach and founder of Euda, which he started in 2018 to help founders and executives become the leaders the next stage of their business requires. He began his career as a U.S. Marine Corps helicopter pilot, flying casualty evacuation and assault support across three combat deployments to Iraq. He then earned an M.S. in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego and moved into tech, where he built products and programs at TiVo and Ridecell before driving organizational transformation at Intuit.
His coaching anchors proven methodologies from across that career: Marine Corps leadership frameworks, aviation's Crew Resource Management, and organizational tools like GRPI. Today he works with leaders on one of the defining challenges of the moment, adopting AI as a people-and-culture shift, not just a technical one.
