Matt Schlegel
As a systems thinker, Matt Schlegel has always been fascinated by team dynamics and what makes some teams successful while others fail. His degrees in general engineering from Harvey Mudd College and electrical engineering from the University of California San Diego provided formal training in problem solving, especially in solving technical and engineering problems. As he worked on bigger projects, Matt realized that successful problem solving was contingent more on effective teamwork than technical prowess. He began studying the Enneagram in 2002 and started applying it in corporate settings in 2003. In 2004, he began developing the tools that Schlegel Consulting (www.evolutionaryteams.com) now uses to optimize team-based problem solving for innovative companies. His realization that the Enneagram can be applied to the analysis of teams as well as individuals led to the tools and strategies for work-team effectiveness described in Teamwork 9.0.

Kimberly Wiefling
Kimberly Wiefling is the founder of Wiefling Consulting, and co-founder of Silicon Valley Alliances. Kimberly strongly believes that companies doing business across borders and boundaries of every kind are a powerful force for peace in Our World. She is committed to supporting purpose-driven organizations in attracting high-quality investors and the best people through the competitive advantage of a healthy organizational culture. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, please send an email to cfo@pmisfbac.org and cancel your ticket as early as possible. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $20 fee if done during the early bird period. Cancellations after the early bird or event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses.
