Food for Ukraine
The PMI-SFBAC Sustainability Program will join Kids Against Hunger Bay Area to pack dry meals for shipment to Ukraine where the meals will be distributed by Convoy of Hope.
Participants will directly contribute toward the "Leave No One Behind" imperative at the center of the framework for the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Funding for food and shipping costs has been covered by Sustainability Program fundraising.
This is an indoor, in-person event in Pleasanton. The location will be shared after registration is complete.
Minors and guests are welcome; please register them separately as guests to secure their spot(s).

11:15 am Check in with PMI SFBAC Sustainability Event Hosts
11:30 am Orientation by Kids Against Hunger Bay Area
11:35 am - 1 pm Meal packing
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, please send an email to sustainability@pmisfbac.org and cancel your ticket at least one week before the event. Cancellations affect the day's work plan. Please do not attend without registration confirmation. If you have missed the registration window, please contact sustainability@pmisfbac.org and ask if any spaces have opened up due to cancellations.
General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
