This AI for Product Owners session helps participants understand how AI-enabled features change product discovery, prioritization, and delivery within a Scrum environment.

We’ll explore where AI can create real customer and business value, how data and experimentation influence backlog decisions, and what makes AI initiatives different from traditional software work.

The session also highlights collaboration with engineering and data teams, ethical and responsible use considerations, and practical ways to apply incremental learning when outcomes are uncertain.

Participants leave with a clearer understanding of when to use AI, how to evaluate opportunities, and how Product Owners can guide AI product development with focus, transparency, and value-driven decision making.

Certified Classes Refund / Transfer Policy

For our regular certified classes, a 90% refund will be issued for requests made at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled class start time. For cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice, we will allow a one-time courtesy transfer into the next available course. Any additional transfer requests will result in a $100 transfer fee. All refund/transfer requests must be emailed to info@hyperdriveagile.com.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur that interfere with your class attendance. Attendees must contact info@hyperdriveagile.com within 48 hours of the class start time to reschedule if they are unable to attend. Registration will be considered surrendered if no notice is received within the 48-hour window.

 

 

General Events Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Paid Events

Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.

Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

 

Free Events

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
