🧠 What you'll learn
Throughout the course, participants explore how products evolve across their lifecycle and how clear product strategy emerges from a deep understanding of the market and customer needs. Using practical approaches such as Lean Canvas and design thinking, students learn how to frame problems, test assumptions, and shape solutions that deliver real outcomes. The class also emphasizes making informed product decisions by connecting strategy to execution and using meaningful metrics to measure success. Through hands-on activities and real-world scenarios, attendees build confidence in prioritization, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment.
By the end of the course, participants leave with practical tools they can apply immediately to improve focus, alignment, and value delivery, along with an internationally recognized ICAgile certification that reflects their commitment to modern product management excellence.
