This Course serves as the bedrock upon which your understanding and proficiency in OKRs will grow. Natalie Webb brings over 18 years of consulting and technical leadership experience—and more than 8 years as a seasoned OKR expert. With a deep background spanning software engineering, enterprise transformation, and strategic governance, Natalie empowers leaders and teams to turn ambitious strategies into measurable, aligned outcomes using OKRs.

 

Natalie’s experience spans a wide range of industries including energy, healthcare, aviation, AI/ML, fintech, and digital transformation. She has led enterprise-scale initiatives for global organizations such as Saudi Aramco, Microsoft, Cisco, Starbucks, Bloomberg, Adobe, and many more. Drawing on her Big 5 consulting background, Natalie has served as a Senior Engagement Executive and Principal, guiding clients through full lifecycle engagements—from strategic scoping to execution and impact measurement.

 

Her unique superpower is the ability to translate complex technical landscapes into clear, outcome-driven objectives. Natalie blends her expertise in OKRs with persuasive coaching, making her an invaluable change partner for senior leaders driving transformation.

Paid Events

Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.

Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
