Hyperdrive's Scrum for Project Managers
Project Management in Scrum & Hybrid Environments
This session explores how the project management role evolves within Scrum-based and hybrid environments, helping participants understand where traditional project management responsibilities shift to Scrum accountabilities—and where project managers continue to provide meaningful value.
🧠 What you'll learn
Participants gain practical clarity on how project managers support successful outcomes by enabling teams, aligning delivery with organizational priorities, and navigating blended predictive and adaptive ways of working.
They’ll leave with a stronger understanding of how to adapt their leadership approach, collaborate effectively alongside Scrum Teams, and succeed as project managers across agile and hybrid environments.
