As more organizations adopt the scaled Agile methodology, knowledge of Azure DevOps Board Tool will become increasingly valuable. This interactive workshop will introduce you to Microsoft Azure DevOps Board, leaving them prepared to excel as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Release Train Engineer in future projects. Attendees will learn how to set up a project from the ground up and fully leverage ADO’s capabilities to maximize cross-team collaboration. This seminar will put PMI-SFBAC members ahead of the curve and give them a set of marketable skills to bolster their careers. |

Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of Azure DevOps Board Tool as it is used to manage projects in Agile. They will feel confident in their ability to set up a project and manage work over the project's lifecycle.
