In this workshop, we’ll dive into understanding the core motivations and expectations of the people who surround your project, so that you have stronger project alignment and deliver stronger outcomes. |

Colleen Graneto
Colleen Graneto is a product coach, partnering with people and companies to improve how they build products with practical, proven strategies. Over her 15+ year career, she’s built product and business strategy and led teams at Airbnb, Procter & Gamble, CME Group, and various smaller startups, and launched her own Etsy shop with artisans she met while living in Ecuador. Colleen also serves as a coach and instructor at UC Berkeley Executive Education, Maryland Institute College of Art, and General Assembly.
