Vijay Ratthinam is serving as the CEO of PMI San Francisco Bay Area Chapter since October 2018. Prior to that, he played various roles at the Volunteer Management and Membership team since 2015.

Vijay is passionate about Project Management, Mentoring, and Public Speaking. Last year he founded BigFish Social, a mentoring startup, focussing on Career Coaching and mentoring for college students in India. He also mentored partnering with various mentoring organizations in the bay area including Year Up, Genesys, Snhu, Dev/Mission and Hackbright Academy.

Vijay holds Masters in Business Administration and is PMP certified. He has been a PMI member since 2009.

Prabhu Gopalan

Prabhu Gopalan is a Sr. Director at Visa managing Data & Analytics. Prior to that Prabhu played various roles at Visa including managing PMO and Quality organizations.  As a Vice President at San Francisco PMI chapter Prabhu oversees Mentoring program.
Prabhu holds Masters in Business Administration and is PMP and ACP certified. He has been a PMI member since 2005.

Arvind Seshan

Arvind Seshan is Senior Vice President, Software Engineering at Salesforce.  He leads the Service Cloud Lightning and Essentials product development, teams.
Prior to Salesforce, Arvind held development and management positions at Microsoft, Plumtree and BEA Systems and developed deep experience building enterprise software.
Arvind holds a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University and a Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University.

Paid Events

Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.

Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
