Mentorship Program 2021 Coaching Circles - Cohort 2 application now open through May 16th for Mentors and May 23rd for Mentees, with the Program kick-off on May 29th! Register today to secure your spot!

WHAT IS A MENTORSHIP COACHING CIRCLE?

  • 1 Mentorship Coaching Circle = 1 Mentor to 4 Mentees (max.)
  • Each Coaching Circle Cohort is 8 weeks long
  • 6 topics to choose from, including: Agile Transformation, Career Building or Career Transitioning, Executive Presence & Managing Up, Leadership Skill Building, Strategic Thinking and Transitioning to a Career in Agile Project Management

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CURRENT CIRCLE COHORT?

  • Complete the registration form
  • Indicate your preferred topics of interest
  • Share years of experience in the topics of interest

WANT TO BECOME A MENTOR?

  • Please complete the application by May 16th, 2021
  • Attend an info session between May 15th - 28th to set expectations and for you to learn more about the Mentorship Circles before you commit
  • Make a bigger impact by guiding up to 4 mentees honing their skills on a specific topic
  • Advance your coaching skills by encouraging dialogue
  • Build a network of like-minded professionals
  • Earn PDUs for your participation

WANT TO BECOME A MENTEE?

  • Please complete the application by May 23rd, 2021
  • Hone and expand your knowledge of a specific topic
  • Learn by discussions with your fellow professionals under the guidance of your experienced Mentor
  • Build a network of like-minded professionals
  • Earn PDUs for your participation

NOTE:

  • We will do our best to match you to a Mentorship Circle based on your preference
  • Circles are subject to change and will depend on the level of interest/availability from the applicants

General Events Registration & Cancellation Policy

Paid Events

Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.

Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

 

Free Events

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
