In this talk we'll discuss the meaning of "DevOps" abbreviation and the importance it has for "satisfying the customer through early and continuous delivery of valuable software." We'll go over the DevOps process flow and a few related metrics.

Alexander Frumkin
Alexander (Sasha) Frumkin (CTC) is a passionate agile coach and trainer. He has over 25 years of experience in software development, including senior management roles. Ever since discovering the Agile Manifesto in 2007, Sasha has lived and breathed agile and scrum. He believes psychological safety is a foundation for a house of scrum. Sasha partners with his clients to create a culture of brutal transparency, experimentation, and learning by doing. Sasha facilitates a few MeetUp groups including Agile Practitioner Online Special Interest Group. He is an inspired CST candidate who has already co-trained a few CSM and CSPO classes.
General Events Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
