This course provides you with the tools to better align your work with the strategic objectives of the organization; scope, schedule, and budget your work; deliver on schedule and budget with the expected quality; identify, analyze, address, manage, and monitor risks; and close the project. This course satisfies the 35 hours of professional training required to submit your PMP application.
This PMP certification prep course is designed by project professionals, for project professionals to not only prepare you for the PMP exam, but to ensure you are highly skilled with today’s most sought-after project management skills.

Chastine Lynch, DAVSC, DAC, DASSM, PMP, SSBBP
Chastine is the founder and CEO two businesses Upskilled Evolution and Blue Ink Consulting. She is skilled and trained with multiple certifications from the Project Management Institute (PMI), including traditional PM and Disciplined Agile ideologies, along with being an Authorized Training Instructor (ATI) with PMI. Chastine owns and operates two companies, one of which provides project management consulting around the world.
Chastine is a life-long Alaskan and currently lives in Palmer Alaska with her husband where they are building their forever home. She is active with the Alaska local PMI chapter, and she enjoys getting to provide agile and project management training to many different industries across the nation.

Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
