Preparation for the PMP®️ exam is an accredited PMI®️ training course comprehensibly preparing its participants for prestigious PMP®️ certification examination. During an intensive 4-day training, (April 5 - 6; April 12 - 13) we thoroughly cover the elements of knowledge necessary to pass this rigorous exam. We also discuss certification rules, recommended additional materials, the structure of the PMP®️ exam, terms and acronyms, as well as types of exam questions along with ways to eliminate incorrect answers.
This training is compulsory for project managers who want to obtain their PMP®️ certificate.
Training program: Lesson 1 – Business environment
Lesson 2 – Start the project
Lesson 3 – Plan the project
Lesson 4 – Lead the project team
Lesson 5 – Support project team performance
Lesson 6 – Close the project / phase
Main training objectives - 1. Comprehensive preparation for the PMP®️ examination. 2. Presentation of the PMP®️ test questions structure and exam rules. 3. Discussion of the project manager's code of ethics. 4. Thorough presentation of project management processes. 5. Review of PMBOK Guide latest edition with emphasis on correct answers to common exam questions. 6. Pre- Exam with thorough review of questions and answers. |

Instructor: Michael Kelsey PMP®️
Michael Kelsey PMP®️- PMI Authorized Training Partner Instructor collaborating with PM Experts Inc. to support students and industry professionals in preparing for the PMP®️ and CAPM®️ exam. Serves as the Director of Project Management in the design division of a contract manufacturing company in Silicon Valley, where he oversees NPI and ODM design projects. Outside of work, he is passionate about cooking and linguistics, and his favorite hobbies include golf and sport climbing.
