Product Leadership: Aligning Strategy with Customer Reality
Join us on July 28th for our next Hyperdrive Webinar: Agile Product Leadership: Aligning Strategy with Customer Reality, featuring Lucy O’Keefe, product leader and strategic advisor.
In this interactive session, Lucy will explore how product leaders can navigate the space between business strategy and real customer needs—where the pressure to customize collides with the need to scale.
We'll dive into questions like:
-How do you align product strategy with both business outcomes and customer value?
-Where’s the line between tailoring features and building for scale?
-What does it take to validate ideas quickly and stay true to your strategic vision?
-Whether you're making product decisions or enabling those who do, this session will equip you to lead with intention—turning agility into strategic advantage.
Let’s rethink what it means to lead in Agile product environments—where vision meets value.
