Description

Developing products as holistic solutions to customer problems is a complex balancing act. Solutions need to be feasible, economically viable, and desirable. This course introduces participants to frameworks, principles, and methods to help teams develop winning products that balance business, usage, and technology concerns. Product teams and organizations can use these tools to dramatically improve value co-creation, shorten time-to-market, and reduce risk.

About the Speaker

 

Daniel Walsh

Daniel Walsh has dedicated his career to developing new products and services and bringing them to market. He is a passionate advocate for Lean, Agile, and system engineering methods. His diverse background includes product development, sales, marketing, strategic planning and talent recruiting. Formerly with Intel Corp, Daniel graduated with an M.S. in Engineering Systems from MIT and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Business. Daniel’s current areas of focus include organizational transformations and intrapreneurship, digital transformation, and complex adaptive systems.

Paid Events

Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.

If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.

Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.

We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
