Event Description: |
Defining business value and establishing MVP is an essential and critical task used for innovative product development. Traditional value stream mapping provides a grand depiction of current and future state processes but fails to use forward thinking innovative measures to visualize the future. How do successful startups identify MVP to build innovative products and services? In this keynote, an overview of methods for innovation and growth are discussed using Blue Ocean Strategy framework. Examples are given of companies who have been wildly successful startups. An innovation exercise will be introduced at the end of the session. |
