About the Speaker |

Yvonne Wilkerson Yvonne has been in the project management arena for 20 years, starting her career at Home Depot and has worked for GE, ThyssenKrupp, Gulfstream and most recently Google and Facebook. She has worked on a wide range of projects such as an SAP implementation, network builds, and large A/V installs. She is currently the global manager for Operational Strategic Initiatives in Enterprise Engineering at Facebook managing a team of eight. She has built PMOs at three companies and understands the value of leading with empathy and approaches her job and her life from that perspective. Yvonne's passion is teaching and mentoring and has participated in coaching Year Up interns as well as internal mentoring programs at her various companies. She has also had the opportunity to teach classes internally at her company, host and participate on several panels, and speak for groups such as the AVIXA Women's Norcal Division. Yvonne is originally from Georgia and relocated to California over seven years ago when Google recruited her. She received her Bachelor in Business Administration and her MBA from Shorter University in Rome, GA. |
Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you have made a reservation and find that you will be unable to attend, please send an email to vpprofdev@pmisfbac.org to cancel your ticket as early as possible. All cancellations are subject to a fee. Cancellations after the event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. |

General Events Refund & Cancellation Policy
Paid Events
Registrations for paid events are non-refundable once completed unless explicitly mentioned on the event card above. We encourage participants to confirm availability prior to registering.
If the Chapter cancels or reschedules a paid event, registered participants will be notified and provided with available options, which may include a refund or transfer at the Chapter’s discretion.
Participants who do not attend a registered paid event (“no-shows”) are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
Free Events
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to attend a free event, we kindly ask that you cancel your registration in advance whenever possible. This allows others the opportunity to participate and helps our volunteers plan more effectively.
