Team of Teams: An Introduction to Scaling Workshop
Description |
|
Are you responsible for organizing two, five, or 20 agile teams? Perhaps you’re getting ready to scale from a single team to a multi-team organization? Is the product you are building more complex than any system your organization has built before?
This workshop teaches the fundamentals of team and value stream design, giving you the tools to begin successful large-scale, agile program development. Together with trainer Tom Perry, you’ll explore how to design and build effective agile work groups at scale. You’ll leave with a greater understanding of how to build a high-performing “team of teams” and put these principles into immediate practice.
This course is designed with SAFe Agilists, Coaches, ScrumMasters, Scrum Product Owners and swiftly growing organizations in mind. Learn how to recognize team types essential to the design of healthy value streams, different types of system boundaries, and enhance your understanding of key organizational design principles – items that must be accounted for in large-scale design.
