By moving from fixed-mindedness—in which skills are considered static—to growth- oriented thinking, project managers can instill resilience and creativity in their teams. The trainers will provide practical tips on how to build a learning-oriented, problem-solving, and flexible work environment that will enable project management teams to effectively navigate challenges.

About the Speakers: Magda and Peter Jaworowicz recently published a book titled "The Growth Mindset in Project Management", which explores how adopting a growth mindset can transform project management practices. The book outlines essential principles for implementing a growth mindset, building resilient foundations, and managing stakeholders effectively.
Magda and Peter are project management professionals with extensive experience managing strategic initiatives for key global companies in U.S., Asian, and European markets. This exposure to multiple business environments has allowed them to integrate rich multicultural perspectives into their book. Their academic backgrounds have enabled them to ensure that all the insights are grounded in the most relevant and current research in the field of project management.

Magda Jaworowicz, PhD, PMP, MBA
Magda has 15+ years of experience in managing marketing and development programs for global tech companies, currently serving as Partner Marketing Learning and Enablement Lead at Cisco. She holds a Ph.D. in Communication, an MBA, an MA in Education, and certifications in PMP and PRINCE2. A certified mindset coach, Magda developed the "Grow Your Mindset" program to support professionals in achieving personal and career growth.
Peter Jaworowicz, PhD, PMP, MBA
Peter is a program manager and marketing expert with over ten years of experience leading strategic initiatives at top tech and retail companies: Google, Docusign, Salesforce, Walmart Global Tech, and Chevron. He holds a Ph.D. in Media Studies, an MBA, and certifications in PMP and PRINCE2. Piotr has co-authored five books on communication and marketing with his wife, Magdalena, and is a passionate photographer and contemporary art enthusiast.

All cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 fee if done during the early bird period. Cancellations after the early bird or event starts are subject to full charge to ensure the Chapter does not incur excessive expenses. All refunds will be issued after two credit card-billing cycles.
